My husband went to the gym that is on-site at our complex. Another guy was there and started talking about trump, conspiracy theories, etc...My husband politely told him that he doesn't like to discuss politics, especially since they had differing views. The guy wouldn't stop. My husband has patience, but this guy plucked his last nerve. My husband gave him a good schooling in a polite manner and the guy was left speechless! He shut him right down! 🤣

By the time my husband was done, the trumper actually admitted that President Biden has done some good work! Yeah, he was receptive, which is a good sign. But a lot of what my husband said to him caused him to take pause and think!
My husband is a city boy! He has patience and is extremely kind. But when this guy kept at it, despite being told that my husband didn't want to discuss politics, the gloves came off! One of the many reasons why I love him so much!

It really is! He remained kind, but firm! My husband is extremely intelligent. No dummy. I firmly believe that after he said what he had to say, he gave the guy real food for thought. My husband looks deeper than what's on the surface.
