Stats!

My resting energy is better but it’s awfully thin when I get going. I keep running out of air and energy, but my Cardiovascular system is humming along at a comfortable 140 bpm or so, and spikes as high as 160. That’s all normal range.

Still, I’m getting out there, getting some work in, and hopefully laying good ground work to return to the gym when I get home next week

Sometimes you’re climbing, sometimes you’re on top, and some times you’re sliding back… but you can always push!
