#Gym stats!
Knocking the dust off after a tough week of low activity.
The first few weeks of the year are often a struggle for me. Consistency counts though, I've been doing what I can when I can so even though I had to push a little harder, I was able to maintain where I've been.
There's an old saying of not letting perfect be the enemy of the good. Trying for perfection will kill progress. It's done that for me every time.
You can surpass your yesterday. Keep at it! You'll get there.
