It felt good to run again, but I am taking it easy on my knee and limited myself to a 30 minutes at a slower pace.

If I gave into my want to push here, I'd be down again. I'll do another light run tomorrow, and then my new shoes arrive. Hopefully by Monday I'll be good to resume full sessions back at the gym.

My knee is sore, but its not injured. Patience pays in progress.
