Starting the year off right with a solid 10k.
The hardest step is always the first step back. I've been down for days because of holiday stress, GI issues, and an aching knee.
It's easy to become discouraged in those moments. Before I ran I was more than content to sit, but to give into that is to set the grooves for new habits that will do nothing but harm me.
