#Gym stats!
I honestly wasn't feeling it when I woke up this morning. I was sore, and unmotivated.
My HRV suggested that I might go easy today, and I was considering it pretty heavy, and told myself I'd start with half an hour, a 5k.
Got to that mark, and I felt pretty awesome, even though I was running faster to make sure I got a good workout in case I called it.
So I just decided to go for broke, and now on the other side, I've got two new Personal Bests.
Very Good
One of my little sayings that I love to bandy about is "We lock our own cages and shut our own doors"
What we speak, what we beleive and what we invest into ourselves, affects us powerfully. I think we are each much more capable than we give ourselves credit for.
Not every day is going to be a personal best day, but its by taking a step, that you progress in the journey, and that step is enough.
Let nothing stop you, least of all your own mind.
