#gym stats!
Yesterday was effortless. Today it was incredibly tough. Every time I started to get into rhythm, I felt strained and sickly. Fatigue was high, and the energy to push was not there.
I know how to ignore that, and just burn through the time, but that makes the next day that much more of a slog.
I got on the elliptical to kick off my second hour and knew it would be better to come home, but I didn't want to.
Progress is the next step, it's not burning yourself down.
