Good morning all you renegade eccentrics.

After morning journal I'm finally going to get underway to the gym.

There have been many small interruptions that have slowed me down today, but I'm still on the bounce.

My morning HRV reading told me that my body is under a higher stress load after the workout yesterday and is recommending I go lighter. I might do a little less running. We will see.

Progress is not made with excess, it's made by taking the next step.

Onward, towards the dawn!
