This one was brutal! Back to back 10k, Monday and Tuesday. It is likely I will not push as hard tomorrow as the body is like… What are you making me do?!?!
I must be cognizant that overtraining is deleterious to my goals, as I strive to push harder.
Consistency to purpose, not constant intensity will see me ever higher up this mountain!
