Good morning all you renegade eccentrics!
I hope you've all been well today. It's been a productive night for me at the gym, and later on with service meditation here at home.
Everything is just kind of rolling along. My new surge protector came in and with it came the ability to reorganize my night table space.
Blessings great or small are still blessings all the same.
Onward, towards the dawn!
Good morning, groovy soul, & good day to you & CoSo!
@ATXJane Hi there buddy! How is your heart today?
What a great question. I’d say my heart is valiant today. I am my partner’s transportation, nursing, laundry & cooking support while he recovers from foot surgery. Acts of service & all.
I’m looking forward to a return to cuddle heart, where I prefer to reside.
But it’s all good.
“All will be well & all will be well.”

I’d love to hear - How is your great heart today?
@ATXJane It is a wonderful and affirming moment to read of your care for your partner. I hope you're able to canoodle fully soon.
Those acts of service for me have become precious moments in my life. I make time each morning to do a little house cleaning, a little looking after, as a sort of offering to my family. It's a way I can show love, and reflect on all the ways I'm lucky to have them in my life.
My heart is steady today. I've been working diligently and accomplishing tasks.
@NiveusLepus @ATXJane Both of you are inspiring. My daily prayer is to be a willing servant. I used to love serving my family and then resentment crept in. I battle it daily. Reading how you give of yourselves helped me to reframe yet again. I thank you. 💙
@wolfwoman @ATXJane I find the re framing is a healthy and regular exercise for me. Meditation, journaling, they are all tools in my tool box so I have an active say and understanding of internal processes.
Another tool that I've discovered is the "gatha" they are short prayers said before a task or event that Buddhist monks use. I've been borrowing from them and writing my own to help define a moment before going into the moment
It is profound how a moment of quiet prayer can define things
@wolfwoman @ATXJane *Namaste!* I am quite keen on bowing to the sacred ^_^
