It's time for gym stats!

My weight is down, and my heart rate is holding steady. I feel as if I am making overall progress on my fitness goals while avoiding injury.

I am back to 5k a day so we're halfway to my goal of the 10k a day. ^_^

A new regular at the gym told me I inspired him to go workout, saying "I can't let her beat me."

I did not want to pop his balloon but the competition is only within his own mind. I'm glad he's there working on his health. ^_^
