First hour of and we are on the bounce!

The day starts with me putting up my mat to make room for my office chair. I built this little space for me, and I'm rather happy with it.

Next, the day always starts with a 3 minute plank and a big glass of water, so this is the other mat in my life.

Time for meds!

Next, I get cleaned up a little, make coffee, sit in meditation, and then I'm off to the gym!

Done with the gym. Things are on schedule and
on the bounce. Now to head home and do chores.

I had to lower my weight as I was training with a new bar that was much wider. Had to take the weight off.
