Yesterday, when I was struggling with some stuff, people here on Coso came out of the wood work to support and encourage me as I worked my way through the anxiety attack.
When I was 28, which was a milestone I thought I'd never live to see, I resolved that for the rest of my life I wouldn't live to anyone standards but my own, that I wasn't going to hide anymore.
It was a process, but here we are. ^_^
@NiveusLepus My personal philosophy on all my things is continuous incremental improvement. Small changes, constantly. That way, I cut myself slack if I start something awkwardly, as long as I learn from it.
It's helped deal with pressure of trying to learn and grow.
