I'm normally at the gym by 0100.
Normally though I avoid the social media and stuff because I'll get stuck. I like talking to my people ^_^

Wow. That is early! I get that. Meeting my sis today, so working around her. Normally the earlier the better. Hard to break away from the SM sometimes.
@CinnamonGirlE @NiveusLepus I went today, I really enjoy going it is more than a physical discipline, it somehow helps my internal compass. Mind, body, spirit connection, there's the real trinity.
@MidnightRider @CinnamonGirlE It calms me down, and gives me time to think. It also is proof that I can be tougher than I think I am, which is great when the anxiety is kicking me hard in the ribs.
It all matters, I don't think any of us is meant to just sit, that becomes toxic to the spirit.

Just sitting definitely is toxic. For the body and spirit. There can be no denying what exercise in any form always does for me mentally. Not to mention the physical gains. Good on us all! ❣️ Headed out my peeps.

@NiveusLepus @CinnamonGirlE Yep with the huge side benefit of keeping my factory tibial plateaus from turning into the rocky mountains look on a radiograph. My friend from grade school is getting 2 knees, I reduced the load on mine considerably.
@MidnightRider @CinnamonGirlE Oh I snap crackle and pop like I'm part rice crispy but I get the job done.
The exercise I know is forestalling further damage from the years I was sedentary and way to heavy than was healthy for me.
@NiveusLepus @CinnamonGirlE All we can do is be true to ourselves the best we know how and be open to improvements from there. I actually surprised myself, my strength has increased, I feel fortunate to have become medicine free.
