I am not always successful. There are times where I meditate, and then there are times where I fall asleep in the middle.
Having the schedule helps, especially if I get to sleep on time. In this, meditation has had an outsized benefit for me, because in order to have more success with it, I've had to focus more on areas of self care where I struggle.
Diligence, not perfection, is the key, I think.
