Hit a training wall ridiculously hard. Everything got fluttery and I knew I should take a light day so I only did half. Progress is progress.

@NiveusLepus Don’t push yourself so hard that it precludes you from working out the next day. Knowing your limits is an important part of fitness. Don’t feel bad if you need to rest for a day or two.
