As slow boat as I feel my progress is I found out I'm in the top 4% of active users on Strava yesterday, 5 days a week minimum I run a 10k.
That's the counterpoint. Life isn't about perfection, its about getting back up again, making progress, only to stumble, and then learn some more.
Setbacks are a moment of training, unless I quit. When I quit, thats when it becomes a failure.
