Slightly different model, but if you squint, you can see the proper lettering for a Red Baby.
About the only thing missing/needed is a couple of tire irons to help in the process...which I should be able to get forged down on Friday.
Once the tires are changed out, the only remaining items are:
1. replacing the generator -- I have a new one, but need to swap out the mounting plates and get a good regulator before I know how well it's going to work. Until then, just needs to be plugged in every 12 hours or so to charge the battery.
2. Bringing it back to original Red Baby color.

TODO list is steadily reducing on the IHC (1925 Model S Speed Truck). New tires, tubes, and liners have been ordered and should be in by Wednesday. Vintage/original rim spreader (to help get said tires mounted on the split rim) is in my possession. A friend is on deck to help change out the tires over the weekend (and he happens to make some damn fine whisky to aid in the process).

It is VERY likely that during the next wave of new accounts, we will see people deliberately trying to test the TOS. They will choose usernames that are frankly racist and disgusting, post images that are offensive. They may do this in order to grab a screen shot and then take it back to support their agenda on other platforms.
Please, if you see such, report them. Don't engage--just block and report.

Flooring work on the IHC Model S complete - went from the 70's horror movie vinyl to a more age-appropriate look. Too hot to work on anything else today.
Time to spend a little time working on this old beauty today. Main engine restoration is complete (apart from a few gaskets that need to be replaced), going to get the cabin flooring replaced today and then start working on the generator.

All right...it's been a good day since I posted much here, so here's Brighid, doing her very best Underdog impression.
For those who haven’t had it, shingles SUCKS (so bad). The vaccine is rough (laid my wife up for a day last year) but so very much preferable.
Turned 50 recently…decided to get both a second booster for COVID (Moderna, completing my vax trilogy collection) AND the first shot of the Shingles vaccine (had it three times….hoping never again).
So yeah…I feel like hammered crap right now. But this too shall pass.
