@Nick_Searles Which raises the question - why is there so much Christian evil in this world?

Not that other religions aren't just as bad or worse - they certainly are. That said, if the portions of Christian doctrine advocating moral behaviour are not, for true believers, self-executing via the Holy Spirit... does that not cast some doubt as to the veracity of its claims regarding universal truth and the nature/presence of the divine?
