@Nick_Searles I've been saying this for years already. I've been banned from the Joe Biden sub on Reddit for saying things like this.
Lots of thoughts about it.
1. The Dem establishment IS in fact a bothsides thing a lot of the time. They also serve high $ interests to the detriment of their own people and being a little *too* organized in fact puts them at odds with donors a lot of the time. 1/?
2. Also, the lib side supports the fractured, the disadvantaged, those who aren't even citizens, and it's the pervasive powerlessness of this side that contributes to lack of funding sometimes. Especially locally.
3. Heard on NPR this mid term election cost this country $9billion. This is obscene. We have so many better places to put this money and UGH. 2/?

4. The whole COVID thing, ignoring it and de-sciencing it was the most successful psyops stunt ever pulled. Foreign bad actors in one fell swoop got us to kill ourselves slowly and made us more stupid by orders of magnitude in 4 years.
It's to the point where there is no civil duty, no public contract, no broad empathy and no all-encompassing patriotism anymore. We might be watching Rome burn.
