After some research I find this is satire.
I wish it was true, my daughter lives Approximately 2.5 hours from Atlanta which is better than the 8 hour drive to Orlando.
I saw a documentary on the building of Disney World. In it they showed how they built the main hotel, by building a frame, the rooms were built, designed, furnished offsite & then plugged into the frame.
So I know they can move it,
