We laugh at the shenanigans of the broken GOP congress, but there are real Americans who's lives are about to be destroyed by pointless special committees and political showpieces. Someone close to me is going to be one of those people, and my heart breaks for the bravery of their actions and the cruelty that the GOP will bring to bear on them merely for protecting this country. #politics
