@NGANewswire parents should be charged if a child gets hands on a gun. in many instances i have seen over the past 25 years, there's some times charges if a child outside the family is injured or killed. if the child injures or kills a sibling or themself, the parents are not charged. it seems that the great tragedy is enough punishment so no charges are filed. that is bullshit. charge them.
