can someone explain the "tonic water cures COVID-19" thing to me, or is literally as fucking stupid as: tonic water is Q on a bartending gun for "quinine" and obviously Q cures everything?

@opie I don’t know where it originated, but I saw a mention online that quinine “cures COVID.” Even IF that were true, there’s not enough quinine in tonic water to do it. Alas, it is just more disinformation floating around the Interwebs.
