It is a slow, lazy weekend day. I need to get busy getting ready for holiday guests, but I am moving slowly. I did get a blueberry clafoutis in the oven, though. It makes a lovely weekend breakfast. Meanwhile, while it bakes, we are sipping coffee and reading the news.

It is sunny here today. Maybe a good day for an outing to the park.

@Myrth I’m not sure what a blueberry clafoutis is but it’s blueberry which is a party in your mouth so it sounds good to me! 😉

Clafouti is an egg based baked custard-y type of dish. They originated in France, I believe. But I learned to make them in Alaska. 😎

@Myrth I wonder if I could replicate with vegan eggs? Hmmmmm...I gotta make cookies today but after that...PROJECT!
