We try to reduce our carbon footprint. How does our choice of, for example, beer vs wine, or coffee vs tea, impact the environment? The calculator in this article was interesting and made me think about more changes we can make. I am not ready to give up coffee, though!

You’re welcome. Though I joke I won’t give up coffee, I will cut back and drink more tea (which I also love).

And in the spirit of changing behaviors to in my own life, I am making myself a cup of English breakfast tea rather than make more coffee this morning. It smells nice, steeping. Mmm.

PS, I think because we raise our own eggs, and feed the chickens our table scraps, that the carbon footprint of our eggs is way less than eggs from the store.
