Rafael Enters Gulf
Hurricane Rafael has entered the Gulf of Mexico at Category 2 strength. It is unlikely to hit the United States, and may entirely avoid the U.S. Gulf Coast. There is an increasing chance of a westward trek toward the Bay of Campeche. Matthew Cappucci has an update.
