@CherNohio Thanks for asking, Cher. Still going to Physical Therapy. Unfortunately according to my PT she says I have the crazy insurance. So no MRI till I get 10 sessions under my belt. Question is.. what if this is making it worse?
I have noticed some improvement, but I believe I'm still headed to some kind of surgery.

@CherNohio I am able to manage the pain. And with less medication. But a tear can not heal with PT.. so there's that..

I am glad to hear that at least pain management is working for you. Darn...best wishes my friend, as you work through all the hoop jumping to get done what you need.

Insurance is so damn frustrating especially when pain is eminent and your condition is a known one and whether or not PT should preclude other necessary treatment is given. Each patient different but overall a tear like that is likely to need more than PT.
Sorry MrsE. it's really painful from what I hear.
