@MrsE0113 Yeah, for sure. I assumed that would be a starting point...No phone or electronic work activities, as well, I guess? There are other stress points than just work, though...Is researching what type roof to put on my house "rest", or doing maintenance on my home? I'm just trying to nail down what "rest" means, as used by the author. Not trying to be difficult, just trying to understand. We need to find a sustainable balance.
