I can’t eat anything at Thanksgiving tomorrow. I’m coping in the most logical way possible, which is making some gluten-free cheesecakes.
@Mrbgreasy can't? i make gf holiday meals. dessert is the most difficult part.

@annamousse I’m going to my grandmother’s house. I just don’t trust that anything there is truly GF. The cheesecakes I made turned out pretty tasty, though. I ate a little of one and will take the other with me tomorrow.
