@StonedElf how do they know he was homeless? O.o could've been a dump after criminal/police/murderer needed to dispose of the evidence
@MrMalignance if the place where they keep the wrecked/impounded cars is where I think it is, downtown Tulsa, itβs a block maybe 2 from a homeless camp, so entirely possible they were a transient.
I would think police protocol on a wrecked cruiser would be its inventoried at the lot.
Tulsa PD has a 98% murder-solve rate.
