@AlohaLifeHI to put it overly simplified: the reason good/bad is attributed to God (assuming you mean Christian/ hebrew) is due to the belief that God has a plan. Operating on this system allows people of faith to be thankful when things go well, or accept when they don't. Faith is the main determination as to optics of this being a good or bad thing. People of faith see these behaviors as good, people who don't follow faith see it as bad. This doesn't even touch on those who pervert faith
