A Queens man allegedly took out a $375K life insurance policy and faked his own drowning so he could abandon his family and flee to eastern Russia.
@MrGoat I would nominate "Queens Man" as a derisive nickname, but Andrew Cuomo is still alive and so that would be confusing. Also, I actually like Queens and would not wish to see it invoked negatively outside of good natured inter-borough rivalry.
