CHICAGO - A woman died at O'Hare International Airport Thursday morning after becoming trapped in machinery in Terminal 5.
An employee was inspecting the baggage handling area at 7:45 a.m. when the woman, 57, was found deceased. She reportedly went into the restricted area at 2:27 a.m. and was wearing flip-flops.
Police and fire crews responded and noted that while the area is not highly secured, passengers are not supposed to be in it.
