And if they don't dance they're no friends of mine....
A new bill was recently passed in the US state of Texas (and then upheld in federal appeals court) that forces adult websites to age-verify users via photo ID. Just to be clear, this is not a porn ban, however PornHub has decided to stop offering its service to users in Texas in protest of this. This has previously happened for the states of Utah, Arkansas, Virginia, Montana, and North Carolina. #news
so I have no clue what chaturbate is, but I'm thinkin I can guess pretty accurately... ๐
@opie It's in the name!
marketing folks doin great work ๐
@MrGoat I'm not sure I find this o be a problem. Not that it's my forte, but don't we want parents to be able keep kids out of porn sites in general?
@TrueBloodNet I don't think it's terrible to have access to porn as a teenager >.> but - one should be aware that it's not like that in real life. >.> the sex that is.
@MrGoat Which is your right but the parents have the right to make those choices for their kids. They do not have mature brains to make decisions for themselves. Same reason we don't let them sign contracts.
@TrueBloodNet yea but we also don't want the ID capture to be targeting folks based on their porn habits. =/
@TrueBloodNet I don't disagree with you on parents choice, but ideally it's better than having kids at 14. lol
@MrGoat I grok that too. It's a problem, I'll grant you that. OTOH if the stigma were eliminated the targeting would be less of an issue.
BTW...... I didn't tell you how they did.
