We have folks trying to rush along the approval process to obtain this other home - I don't know what is gonna happen yet - I worry what to do if it's not approved - Still probably gonna need help either way and I don't wanna ask for it =(

I checked and if a person sets up a personal fundraiser and does not list it, they are not charged a fee. (If they list it publically, then a fee is charged.)
A possibilty would be to set up a personal fund, don't list it, but share the link here.

I have venmo that I've used in the past and everything is kept pretty confidential that way because privacy is important. I will dm folks info needed if they choose to go that route otherwise I'll get on a paypal thing and only share the link here -
