@jaunty Yeah it doesn't really make me tired, CBN will though. Haven't seen any strains with a lot of cbn though =/

@MrGoat @jaunty 3 days is a lot...I am going crazy after 2 days sleeping only before 4am...but at least I sleep...scrolling phone made my insomnia even worse, so for me falling asleep again I need either to read a book or do some puzzle.

@MrGoat maybe if smth bothering you, it's better to talk with person who close to you...probably, there are so many things you need to cover and solve that your mind feel overwhelmed, you just need to take normal break, mental and physical.

@MrGoat Ive been having similar, teacher summer schedule all messed up. I broke down
and tried epsom salts bath, not at all believing it would work. But it did. @jaunty

There are some supplements that can help - they have magnesium in them, and sometimes threonate. (Thus, the efficacy of epsom salts aka salts if magnesium.)
