@MrGoat well done. I take so many before and after pics, they are so satisfying and fun to look back on when the new becomes the usual and it’s hard to remember what it used to look like.

@MrGoat so, did I see that you hydrolic lifted the house for foundation repairs? Is that this property? You’re a machine if you’re juggling all that at once.

@Cashcrop These are just different jobs I've done. But yes the floor was sagging on this little bump out for the kitchen table and I jacked it up with a LVL Beam (orange) and Bottle Jacks, then put steel shims in and cut them flush on the outside =)

@MrGoat That’s awesome, I love this stuff. It looks great by the way. The pallet of materials is a super familiar sight for me. I get a little weepy on the last boards which is why I guess I love the pics so much, each picture is something you did with your hands and will be around forever. Represents a lot of sweat and thought. Kudos!
