I got the veg (cauliflower, onion, green pepper) in a hot wok with some grape seed oil ginger and garlic and got my sauce and shrimp ready to go!

So everything was cooked down, I tossed the veg sausage mix on-top of seasoned steak fries and chopped up chicken tenders, smothered with cheese and the bacon bits from earlier and put it back in the oven. When it was all melty and good I took it out and garnished with parsley and sea salt!

Caramelized onions and peppers got sausage in it then cauliflower and tomatoes and a can of crushed tomatoes with a ton of garlic and Worcestershire sauce, balsamic and seasonings! Shredded up some cheese and am waiting for it to cook down so I can assemble and begin the eggs!

Got up at like 6:30 and decided to breakfast. Browned up some lardons, and am caramelizing onions, green peppers and jalapeños in the grease. When they are cooked down I will add in breakfast sausage, cauliflower and tomatoes and garlic and pour ontop of steak fries with cheese and bake to melt down.

I plan on serving with a poached egg on top! At least this time it’s close to breakfast?

Veg cooked and browned down so I then browned up some tomato paste before adding in whole tomatoes, garlic, herbs, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Cabernet Sauvignon!

Veg chopped and ready to go, cooked up some bacon in there for the grease and then some sausage and now hamburger is up!

My fever spiked 101 again so I only have this pic but you’re gonna have to take my word. I browned down and cooked all the veg, added in tomato paste, whole peeled tomatoes, white northern beans, the meat again, more garlic than is good for anyone and the juice of 6 lemons with parsley and seasonings. And now I let it cook down before adding in the ditalini!

So I took all those mushrooms and tossed them into the onions with more butter, garlic and thyme, caramelized those done and now I am finishing the sauce with the meat and sourcream and other lovelies!

Remember kids always caramelize your onions and the secret to excellent stroganoff is more mushrooms. Always more mushrooms.
