I cooked my ass off on Thursday and slept all day long yesterday

That’s why I only do it twice a week!
Usually Tuesday after I’ve restocked.
Then Friday for whatever is left.
I cater sometimes; I just get creative with what’s there.
Most of the time it works; few times 🤢

I only do events up to 50 people.
