Vacillating between rage & tears today.
My back hurts. Whining to anyone who will listen. Tried to cancel PT but they wouldnāt let me.
Grateful for good medical resources. Wondering how long before they are taken away?
Maybe I just need sleep. Or a new country?

@LnzyHou glad they didnāt let you cancel. I am back in PT again for the olā neck nonsense. Iāll be your PT partner/commiserator in spirit. You can do it. I can do it. It hurts like holy hell nowā¦ but will get us through in the long run.
