Me: going on to tell them about at least 4 patients acting violently and needing one on one patient companions that we don’t have, multiple call offs for tonight, morale being deep in the toilet, safety for staff and—
Leadership: (something to the effect of…) “I’m going to stop you right there. We brought snacks for everyone. Okay bye.”
