Trying not to feel hurt tonight because life is too short for grudges. But today my grandfather (96yo) attended the wedding of my second cousinās kid.
But he didnāt make it to mine in 2016 or my brotherās last Octoberā¦ citing both were too far to travel.
Trying so hard to not be pissed. Not succeeding.
@SmirkingRaven just feels like he cares more about distant relations thinking well about him than the closest ones and thatās some shit. Gram would have handed him his ass, were she still with us.
@MotherDucker look at it this way, at the time of the other weddings perhaps his health wasn't good enough to go. Be happy he is well enough at such an advanced age to attend now.
