Started a supplemental migraine regimen in addition to my rescue meds. MagOx, CoQ-10, and Riboflavin.
I look forward to preventing migraines…and the alarming “highlighter yellow” urine the doctor has promised as a side effect. 😅🫣
@MotherDucker I hope it works, migraine is no joke. How are alternative things taken? Pill form?
@JPSCHWEIZER63 they are giant capsules and tablets and I have to take about 8 to get to the strength the doctor wants me using. I’ve had migraines as long as I can remember and I WAS in a sweet spot with prevention and rescue. But we started fertility treatments and so I had to change up the game plan. I’m so glad the new doctor I’m seeing for migraine seems to be giving me a 360 approach for trying to conceive, during possible pregnancy, and when getting back to business as usual.
