Do I pay too much for much less breakfast at Panera because it’s quality is consistent or do I save about $3.50 and roll the dice on the hearty hospital cafeteria breakfast combo which MIGHT include runny eggs, milky cheesy potatoes, and/or burnt bacon/rubbery sausage?

@MotherDucker I make my own omelette in the microwave. I place salt at the bottom of a glass bowl. Add about half a cup of hot water. Crack open 3 eggs. Add pepper. Scramble the 3 eggs. Microwave for 45 seconds. Sir. Microwave for another 45 seconds. Stir. Microwave for 10 seconds more. I usually add veggies (pre-cooked) and/or sliced salami.
