@LnzyHou @MotherDucker cool, huh? Apparently, the best flavor happens when you pluck the blooms (no green parts) and infuse some sugar for a few days. About a 1/2 c of blooms per cup of sugar in a jar. Spread out on some parchment for an hour each day, then return to jar & shake it up. After 2-7 days, sift out the dried blooms and put in a clean jar.
