Fed up with seeing statements for over $4000 dollars, I asked my manager today if I could simply attach her to an email I was planning to send the director of the health plan. She said yes. And it’s pretty freaking infuriating that I’ve been calling and checking daily to see if the problem had been fixed for weeks—so within hours of CCing my boss to an email to the director, every single claim now says pending instead of denied. How very fucking interesting.
Tl;dr: Tell me I’m meaningless to the company without telling me I am meaningless to the company.
