I’m not sure what happened to this Pi zero, but, to use a Napoleon Dynamite word, there’s some “decroded” looking schmutz next to that heat sink…. Ewww!

🤔 try a piece of copper tape with conductive glue to electrically connect the heat sink to the chip?
