I enjoy planning my day before the sun comes up - anything seems possible 💛 I hope the day ahead of you is good!

I’m doing ok, have a lingering chest cold for 3 long weeks, but healing just takes longer in the 6th decade of life. Been loving Spring- I have 50 young native shrubs coming in tomorrow to plant where I cleared buckthorn last year. That will be fun😊!

@Esther That will keep you busy. My Mom would have loved to be working with the soil and planting.

Yes, I love it - slows me down and makes me appreciate life (except when I run into poison ivy, then I might be known to swear)

@Esther Don't blame you as I have suffered several bad cases when younger. After consulting a very smart man, he led me down to the side of the lake and pointed me toward Jewelweed. I picked that weed every day and would crush it in his mortar and pestle, then smear all that chlorophyll all over my face and neck. Fun, fun, fun!
