It would be nice to quit everything and go somewhere and do something as a good cause. I'm more practically-minded, so I know I can't just leave off and go.

@MisterE Perhaps the problem is we. (Us personally) worried too much about causing our beloveds worry or embarassment. Some things are worth standing up for. If not us who? If not now when?
@carmahaz Maybe. I'm not talking about causing those that depend on us worry or embarrassment. I am saying that we do what we do, but if consequences happen, we have to be adult and own them. It's called being responsible. It's a choice. Really.
@MisterE perspective. I know the walk away could cause great pain to our babies and grand-babies. Then on the other hand it is they I fear for.
